Our company was established by our founder Haydar Boz in Karahallı District of Usak Province in 1953 and has been actively dealing in the field of "insulation".
Our company was established by our founder Haydar Boz in Karahallı District of Usak Province in 1953 and has been actively dealing in the field of "insulation". The area of activity was focused on the production of "cotton canvas" which was the most important material for the purpose of water insulation at that era. The product range has expanded rapidly with the innovative personality of our founder.
The market conditions and increased demand had brought the necessity of relocating to Ankara in 1955. In parallel to the technological advancements in the beginning of the 1960s, a dealership was secured from the Turkish Petroleum Corporation for asphalt, which has been an important component in the water insulation and as well as Izocam sound and thermal insulation product dealerships of Cam Elyaf A.S. and Izocam A.S. were secured and as a result their trade and implementation activities started.
Our entrepreneur traits that we have inherited from our founder, made us produce some of the products that are required by the market and import those others products that are not economically feasible to produce. At those dates, cost reduction was ensured by manufacturing and importation of some of the insulation materials such as polystyrene foam, bitumen boards, fiber glass, ready to use asphalt putty, and rubber based grouting. In this manner, a large contribution was made; as provided for "insulation awareness" that has just started to arise in the country.
Naturally, all of these efforts, allowed us to secure an important position in the developing insulation sector.
Entering the second millennium with a half a century of experience, our company is set its objective to return back to manufacturing field after ceasing its activities in this field due to adverse market conditions in 1990s and unfair competition. Naturally, contributing to the dissemination of insulation awareness and finding a solution to the qualified personnel issue are also in our short term objectives.
